  • NAMI: National Alliance on Mental Illness

    • Immediate support centers as well as support groups for all outlets of trouble

  • NoStigmas

    • Provides emergency hotline call, text, and chat
    • For members (free), there are groups and self-help resources

  • Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance 

    • Has immediate crisis prevention for all areas, support groups near you, and education on how to prevent or prepare for crisis's
  • Calm Harm

    • App available for free on apple/android phones that helps avoid self-harming through multiple techniques used in and outside the app.

    • Online website also teaches about many different disorders and how to help yourself as well as others.

 

Educate yourself/help others:

    • Learn in-depth about mental health illnesses, their symptoms, causes, what they are like, and how to help prevent them
